Don’t sell Blackwell Island parcel

HBOnewbie (re: City may sell Blackwell Island land): Although I would dearly love to see something exciting done with Blackwell island, I do not want the city to ever part with this land, to do so, as public access remains imperative and future potential so valuable. In particular, to part with this parcel in exchange for the outcome being suggested. Yes city hall is dated and in need of an upgrade, and I really appreciate the "exploring" of funding avenues to accomplish, but when it comes time to generate a short list of potential "surplus" properties, I sure hope this piece is excluded.
