OOST: Weed out confused codgers

Out of Stater Tater (RE: Hucks: Idaho license rules ageist): I wouldn't argue that you are in excellent health, and I sincerely hope that continues. But you have to admit that your good health, combined with a pristine driving record, are rather unique. We force airline pilots into mandatory retirement at age 60. All Idaho is asking for is a shorter renewal period on your drivers license. I'm open to compromise for a workable solution. We just ought to be able to weed out a few more of the confused codgers who seem to keep plowing through the farmers markets at full speed because they suddenly lost track of which is the brake and which is the accelerator. There was one in Post Falls a few weeks ago, so "It can happen here."

Question: At what age does a Seasoned Citizen become a 'confused codger'?
