Breaking! No charges in Nault death

No criminal charges will be filed against anyone in the July 21, 2015, death on Lake Coeur d'Alene of Coeur d'Alene High athlete Reggie Nault, according to Boundary County Prosecutor Jack Douglas. In a news release, Douglas said: 'The accident remains a horrible tragedy. Clearly, it has affect the families involved, and the community at large, in a profound way. However, based upon my review of this event and applicable Idaho law, I have determined that no criminal act can be shown to be a direct cause of Mr. Nault's death." Douglas was asked to take the case due to a potential conflict of interest involving the Kootenai County Prosecutor's Office. You can read the entire news release here.
