Pmurg: CdA Garbage trucks trashy

Pmurg (RE: Waste Management makes final garbage sweep): "This will sound trivial, but I've noticed something during the transition from WM to CdA Garbage Service. The WM trucks were always pretty consistently clean, new(er) looking and had the appearance of being well maintained. Most of the CdA GS trucks that I've been seeing around town are filthy, many look downright dilapidated, rusty, and beat to hell. Anybody else pick up on that?"

DFO: I agree with Pmurg that the Waste Management trucks appear to be cleaner and better maintained that the Coeur d'Alene Garbage ones.

Thoughts?
