Crash kills 37YO Kellogg woman

A Kellogg woman who died in a crash late Thursday night was not wearing her seat belt, the ISP reported. Alecia T. Arthur, 37, was driving east on Silver Valley Road near mile post 52 just after 10:30 p.m. when she crossed into the westbound lanes and then drove off the road. She hit a jersey barrier and an embankment before her car overturned.

Idaho EdNews dug through more than 130 of the latest Idaho legislative campaign finance reports filed this week, and compiled a top-10 list based on total contributions during the latest filing period. The race in Lewiston involving House Minority Leader John Rusche is the top money raiser. But 2 NIdaho races came in 6th & 8th.
