CdA mom of bullied child fights back

Nicole Miller, a Coeur d'Alene woman, has turned to changeorg.com to start an online petition to prompt Woodland Middle School officials to handle ongoing bullying of her daughter. The online petition now has 841 of the 1,000 signatures sought, asking Woodland Middle School and the Coeur d'Alene School District to do something. Miller explains in the introduction:

My daughter was assaulted by a female classmate on August 26, 2016 at a High School football game.  She was standing up for two other people.  Now, the girl who assaulted her continues in many ways.  She planned the attack, and bragged about it all over social media (snapchat).  My daughter continues to get taunted and threatened by the friends of the girl who assaulted her.  My daughter is 13, and afraid to go to school. More here including petition.

Question: Do you think the anti-bullying rules of the Coeur d'Alene School District are adequate?
