Good Samaritans help CdA homeless

A pair of good Samaritans in Coeur d’Alene are looking to help keep homeless people warm during the winter. The Giving Rail was created to give away free hand-made scarves to those in need. This is the second year in a row that the good Samaritans, Coleen Jaspers and Andy Howerton, tied bags to rails for homeless people to pick up/Matt Vergara, KREM 2. More here.
