Cathyanne: Europe has changed

In the comments section, traveler Cathyanne tells us that Europe has changed:

"I have just returned from three weeks in Europe ... Italy and Paris. Europeans are so kind and grateful that we are visiting, particularly the Parisians. I was at Notre Dame the day the car was discovered with the bomb makings. This is my 9th European visit and at least for now my last unless we visit Ireland, Scotland or Poland. Europe had changed dramatically for the refugee situation and it is a bit unnerving. I was not worried as my faith is very strong and I felt safe. However, the presence of the military with their automatic weapons is everywhere and people are nervous. Last year we visited Germany and Austria and the lines of the refugees at the borders really makes one think twice ... We live in frightening times."

Question: In your travels overseas, have you noticed that terrorism has changed the countries that you visit?
