Idaho First Lady Lori Otter will be in town today to promote the new "See, Tell, Now!" program, which encourages everyone on school grounds to report possible safety or security concerns. The First Lady will address a Borah School student assembly at 11 this morning. (Story here.) The First Lady is a class act. One of my favorite photos of the last gubernatorial campaign, by Duane Rasmussen, featured a tender moment between the governor and the First Lady after a debate outside the Coeur d'Alene Library. It's swell that she is visiting Coeur d'Alene today. Here's your Wild Card ...
