Hearn: No debate set yet

Democrat Tom Hearn emails: "As of today, as far as I know, there are no debates scheduled between Paul Amador and I. The debate that was supposed to be scheduled with the League of Women Voters is not happening. I’m willing to be involved in a debate with Paul and would prefer a 'neutral' organization such as the Chamber of Commerce, CDA Press, or some other similar organization, but none has stepped forward. I have agreed to a 'debate' at the Democratic Party luncheon on Friday, Oct. 21, but do not know if Paul has agreed to attend that event."

Question: Do you consider debates important to the election process?
