Props to Keith & Jeff of North Idaho Cider, from Keith Boe/North Idaho Life:

Congratulations to our friends at North Idaho Cider for breaking into the Seattle market!

If you folks haven't tried their local product, it is amazing! Light, crisp and refreshing, more like wine or a super light champagne than apple cider. My favorite is the Wildfire which is infused with just a wee-bit of habanero and jalapeno peppers but still crisp and delicious.

You can find it at many places around North Idaho and they are stocking it now at Yokes too and have a tasting room at the CDA Airport and even have some cooking classes in the summer.

Congrats guys, you're real scientists and expert in your field! I'm impressed!
