The Idaho Statesman Editorial Board gives a reluctant endorsement to U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo: "We are not convinced Crapo is back on track since the DUI. He may be lost, coasting or drafting off a reputation as that fiscal-responsibility fighter best depicted in one of his TV commercials." Yet, the Statesman isn't quite ready to give up on Crapo.
