KALISPELL, Mont. (August 28, 2010)-With rain in the area officials at Montana Raceway Park have canceled the Bill Clark Memorial Northwest Late Model 150-lap Shootout for the Lucas Oil Super Late Model Series.

Tickets purchased for the event can be used at an upcoming race. Fans are encouraged to keep their ticket stubs and use them to redeem a rain check for any of the three remaining races of the 2010 season at Montana Raceway Park.

Next weekend the MRP Super Stocks, Westward Bound Construction/Keller Williams Realty Legend Series, MRP Thunder Roadsters and the Flathead Beacon Bombers take the track on Sept. 4. The final Lucas Oil Super Late Model Series race of the year, set for Sept. 11, should feature high-stakes drama as Alex Lessor leads Bodie Morton by a slim five-point advantage with a full slate of action on the schedule.

The final race of the season is Sept. 18 featuring the MRP Hornet Enduro 50-lap showdown along with the season championships for the Super Stocks, Legends, Compacts and Bombers
