Robert Hight, Larry Dixon, Mike Edwards and Craig Treble took the provisional top spots in their respective categories at the 10th of 23 events on the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series held just outside of Chicago.
With his win on Friday night, Jac Haudenschild has now won a total of 16 times at the Knoxville half-mile in his illustrious career, including in 11 events with the World of Outlaws.
Racing resumes Saturday night at the Flathead Valley's only professional sports venue, Montana Raceway Park. CHS and Little Caesars Pizza Night at the Races features the Bombers, Hornets, Compacts, Hobby Stock and Super Stocks.
