Vandals in a four-wheel drive vehicle tore up a meadow during the April 18-19 weekend in the Colville National Forest. The meadow had been extensively rehabilitated from previous motorized mudding activity several years earlier. Forest Service officers are investigating the vandalism to the meadow located northeast of Colville on the Longshot Mine Road off of the South Fork of Mill Creek Road.  (U.S. Forest Service)
