The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour heads out on the road in mid November.

OUTDOOR FILMS -- The World Tour of outdoors flicks -- exciting to poignant -- from the 2015 Banff Mountain Film Festival will make a stop at the Bing Crosby Theater in Spokane on Nov. 20-22.

A different selection of climbing, skiing, biking, cultural and aerial films will be shown each night of the Spokane stop.

The Tour will be loaded with some of the prize-winning films that will be showing in the famous festival that starts Saturday and runs through Nov. 8 in Banff, Alberta.

But exactly which films will be shown in Spokane won't be decided until Nov. 19 as the tour host arrives in town.

The event is sponsored locally by Mountain Gear, where tickets already are available for $20 a night or $52 for all three nights.

Buy early. The popular event usually sells out.
