National parks bracing for record rush of visitors in centennial year

PUBLIC LANDS -- Natural beauty sells.  Although I'd warn against the temptation to sell it out this year at our country's 409 national parks.

Glacier Park officials in Montana brace for a record-breaking year
The National Park Service's centennial this year is expected to boost park visitor numbers across the country, including at Glacier National Park in Northwest Montana.

Park officials say they are reflecting on lessons learned in the past couple of years in dealing with record numbers, as well as road closures and less water, to help prepare staff to deal with a flood of visitors.
