FISHING -- The cutthroats are looking up and that means the dry fly fishing action is looking up, too, on area trout streams.

Cutthroat streams have been fishing well now that record April temperatures have tamed runoff flows.

Silver Bow Fly Shop in Spokane Valley, which has scheduled seminars to help anglers tune in to the action, also posted this video fishing report for the Coeur d'Alene and St. Joe Rivers.

Following are details on two upcoming seminars and the return of the popular Fly Fishing Gear Swap.

The two-hour seminars will be taught by Sean Visintainer at the Silver Bow shop, 13210 E. Indiana Ave. Cost is $20. Participants must prepay to enroll. Space is limited. Info: (509) 924-9998.
