Clearwater River spring chinook a marvel of many miles

FISHING -- After running 500 miles from the mouth of the Columbia, upstream and into the Snake River and then into the Clearwater, spring chinook are still superbly bright and beautiful fish.

Dan Barth of Spokane emailed the two photos above for a fishing report.  He said the action was sweet last week.
