CAMPING -- If you're thinking about camping or renting a cabin or yurt at a Washington state park this season, don't think much longer. Some park opportunities already are reserved and others are filling up. Space is limited, especially on weekends.

Here's a list of state parks that are still taking reservations:

  • Twin Harbors
  • Belfair
  • Sun Lakes
  • Alta Lake (pictured at right)
  • Conconully
  • Curlew Lake
  • Penrose Point
  • Potlach
  • Twenty-Five Mile Creek
  • Brooks Memorial
  • Illahee
  • Lewis and Clark Trail
  • South Whidbey
  • Wallace Falls

Book reservations online or call toll free at (888) 226-7688 (1-888-CAMPOUT).
