Kids on wheels to rule in Comstock Summer Parkways event tonight

BICYCLING -- The streets will be vehicle-free and kids and families on foot, bikes and other wheels will rule as another Spokane Summer Parkways  takes over the pavement tonight, June 21, on the South Hill at Comstock-Manito Neighborhood, 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

The event is designed for families to walk or ride streets free of motor vehicles, with games and contests. Free.
