Robbery targeted suspect’s ex-boyfriend

A home-invasion robbery in north Spokane early Wednesday targeted the ex-boyfriend of one of the suspects.

The victims told police they were attacked by a group that included a woman who was 8 months pregnant. That suspect, who has not been arrested, used to date on of residents at 815 W. Bellwood, David M. Anderson, according to court documents.

Anderson was at work when the group entered his apartment about 4 a.m. armed with hammers and crowbar and stole electronics.

Anderson's girlfriend, 19-year-old Katherine E. Scott, and his roommate, 22-year-old Aaron D. Miller, beaten with a crowbar and bound with zip ties during the robbery, according to the Spokane County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies arrested 20-year-old Donald M. Holley, 30-year-old Oshien R. Pendell and 19-year-old Megan N. Wilson on Wednesday. Miller said at least two others were involved, and detectives are looking for additional suspects.

Holley is in jail on $75,000 bond after appearing in court Tuesday on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree robbery and second-degree assault. Pendell has a $35,000 bond for the same charges; Wilson's is $10,000.
