REPEAT OFFENDER: Tami Jo Hearn, AKA Tami Jo Raider, is a 51-year-old female wanted for failing to report to jail to serve her sentence for attempted first degree theft. She is 5-foot-4-inches, 185 pounds and has red hair and brown eyes.  Hearn’s last address given was in the 2000 block of W. Broadway in Spokane.
