Spokane Valley police are trying to identify two men who stole tools from the East Valley School Distinct.
Surveillance photos show one of the thieves in the maintenance yard in the 18000 block of East Euclid on Jan. 27. Police say the thieves entered a fenced area and stole about $300 worth of tools.
