Has this ever happened to you?

You're in a store and a couple of women ask for your help.

They want you to grab something on a top shelf that is out of their reach.

You do so, happily. Of course.

But as you are pulling it down you realize it's a product (in this case, specialty soap) made by a local business owned and operated by someone you know and like.

So you shift into salesman mode.

"This whole line looks pretty good. Want to try a few of these other scents? Let me grab some for you."
