This is Riley Robbins. Though she doesn't live in the Spokane area, she has been in The Slice a couple of times. That's thanks to her great-grandmother Mildred Scheel, who has passed along Riley's adventures.

Riley's family stayed at The Davenport this week, which is when the picture was taken.
