The Slice

Earth Day sighting of my neighbor’s cat

Was visiting with my next-door neighbor outside her house.

Her cat, Chloe, was out taking the air. I had not seen my feline friend since Christmas. She stays inside these days

Chloe meowed up a storm. But then, she has always been willing to speak her mind.

What was she saying? Here are my guesses.

"What kind of outfit are you running here?"

"What time is lunch?"

"Hey, aren't you the tuna guy? Did you come calling empty-handed?"

"Do I smell birds?"

"I'm ready to go back inside.".
