The South Perry Farmers' Market is outdoors today, from 3-6 p.m., in the parking lot in front of The Shop. It was supposed to have been indoors at the Emmanuel Family Life Center, but the the fire marshal nixed that last Thursday. The blog is talking to people who shop at the market today - if you have something to share, come up here before 6 p.m. The blog is all ears...

Karen Byrne called the blog last week - she's a faithful shopper and here's what she had to say about the market today: "I live in the neighborhood and I want it to continue here. I'm really frustrated that it doesn't have a winter home. It's really too bad it couldn't stay at the Emmanuel Family Life Center. I've been shopping here for three years - it really works here and it's pulled the neighborhood together. I'm really concerned that it may go away."
