Spokane Public Libraries  Director Pat Partovi addresses a packed room at a Library Board of Trustees meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010, at the East Central Community Center. The board will decide later this fall if it will close the East Side Library, which is next door to the community center, because of a budget shortfall.
