WALeg Day 2: State of the state speech at noon
OLYMPIA -- Gov. Jay Inslee delivers the state of the state address to a joint session of the Legislature at noon, which will be followed by a GOP response.
Speech and response will be carried live on TVW, and Spin Control will live blog it with a widget to be embedded in a future posting.
