OLYMPIA -- Legislators have a wide range of topics for bills on the schedule for today's hearings.

Possible changes to state election laws, including a requirement for return postage on mail-in ballots.

Upping the state's minimum wage to $12 an hour.

Legalizing industrial hemp.

Restricting powdered alcohol.

Opening state employee labor negotiations.
