WALeg Day 19: National Guard, Seahawks get shout out

OLYMPIA -- Desks at the state Senate are decorated with both U.S flags and Seahawks' 12 flags on Friday. The Senate is scheduled to pass resolutions on the National Guard and the Seahawks. (Jim Camden)
OLYMPIA -- Legislators are honoring the Washington National Guard for its members' service, and the Seattle Seahawks for their season thus far.
Many of them are in some form of Seahawks attire, as the dress rules have been loosened for the day. The Senate is decorated with both U.S. flags and 12 flags. 
Also on a sport theme, the Senate Commerce and Labor Committee had a hearing on whether to classify fantasy sports activity as a "skill" rather than a "gambling" endeavor. The latter is illegal, the former is not.
