Lori Kinnear ran stronger on Spokane's lower South Hill and in downtown and west side precincts to finish Election Night about 800 votes ahead of LaVerne Biel.

Biel did better on the east side of Council District 2 and built up her biggest margins at the top of the South Hill and Moran Prairie.
