OLYMPIA -- A Special Session day in March gives gives visitors a chance to admire the cherry blossoms, which are in full bloom around the Capitol Campus.

Sunday's windstorm didn't take down too many of the blossoms, so there was plenty to admire outside the dome, if not much going on under it.
