We found a notice in our mailbox this morning that the Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District board of commissioners will have a special meeting at 4 p.m. today  to review the draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for the district's water reclamation plant discharge into the Spokane River. The meeting will be at the LLSWD office at 22510 E. Mission.
