The city of Liberty Lake has announced an open house Wednesday at 6 p.m. to present information on Phase 1 of the city's proposed Civic Center project. The first phase would expand the Liberty Lake Farmers Market and add more parking on land the city owns at Signal and Mission. The open house will be at City Hall, 22710 E. Country Vista Drive.
