The city of Spokane Valley is hosting a public meeting tonight to talk about a planned stormwater project along the east side of Bittman Road and Dickey Street between 11th and 14th Avenues this summer. The meeting will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Park Place Assisted Living, 511 S. Park Road.
