Shock put it all on the line

All kinds of stuff to post tonight. First, here's my game preview that will run in tomorrow's S-R. Here's the view from the St. Petersburg Times and Tampa Tribune, Here's a look at the starting quarterbacks for Friday's game.

If you have an ArenaBowl ticket, then you also have a ticket for the Washington State-Montana State season opener. More here. The Shock's successful first season led to a couple of proclamations from Spokane and the State of Washington.

The AFL announced Rod Windsor as rookie of the year, Les Moss as coach of the year, Danny White as assistant coach of the year, Gabe Nyenhuis as defensive player of the year and Chris Greisen as offensive player of the year. If you're scoring at home, the Shock didn't win any of the eight player/coach awards.
