I visited Shock practice today and checked in with Casey Hansen, who absorbed some punishment from Tampa Bay's defensive front in Friday's 51-42 loss.

More on Hansen, Markee White's health and other notes here.

One note that didn't make it: The AFL has extended the trade deadline to May 30th. It sounds like the three-team deal that involved Justin Allgood going from Philly to Tulsa was the impetus because it involved two marketing players ($1,000 per game) and one non-marketing player ($400 per game), a scenario that wasn't covered in the rules regarding marketing players. At a subsequent meeting, the rules were clarified and to give other teams an opportunity to make similar deals the deadline was extended.
