Whittingham strikes again
Riley Whittingham followed up his first-period goal with another in the second period Saturday at the Arena, giving the Spokane Chiefs a 2-0 lead over Tri-City in Western Hockey League play. Whittingham has just five goals on the season, but three in the last three games. Spokane has outshot the Americans 28-17, including 16-8 in the second period.
