Chiefs open with big win

Assistant captain and 20-year-old Mitch Holmberg accounted for three goals and one assist Saturday night as the Spokane Chiefs opened their Western Hockey League season with a 6-2 win over the Tri-City Americans at the Toyota Center in Kennewick. Story to come.
