The Washington State women's basketball team is off to its best start in nearly 20 years.

With yesterday's win the Cougars improved to 8-2 on the season, which is their best record through 10 games since 1995-96.

After the jump we've got a couple more Sunday links to pass along.

-- Perhaps you've seen all the "What does it mean to be a WSU Coug?" tweets the football team's Twitter account has been sending out? If not, CougCenter has collected them in one place.

-- The Huskies almost blew a 20-point lead, but still came away from the Oklahoma game with a big win.

-- Not even three overtimes provided enough time for Arizona State to beat Lehigh.

-- Oregon overcame Delaware State.

-- Stanford fell on the road against BYU.

-- UCLA scored just seven points in the first half of its blowout loss to Kentucky.

-- Utah had a great day in Las Vegas, following its bowl win with the basketball team's victory in its game against UNLV.
