Barry Ware to Washington State
From Pullman -- High school wide receiver Barry Ware has decided to play his college ball at Washington State according to Braulio Perez. Ware is considered a three-star prospect by Scout.com and is ranked No. 105 among wide receivers. Previously Ware had said that he was going to play at UCLA and reportedly also held offers from Utah and Fresno State.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Ware is the fifth wide receiver in the class of 2014 to pledge his services to WSU according to recruiting services and the 25th player. Rivals.com lists Ware as the top wide receiver planning on playing for WSU and ranks him No. 100 in the country at the position.
WSU's newest commit WR Barry Ware had over 1,200 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2013. I think he'll like the #AirRaid http://t.co/EM7uta4Lyu
