Heading into another game week

Sundays are always a quiet day on the Pac-12 college football landscape as teams and reporters alike gear up for another week of press conferences, teleconferences, practices and previews. Still, we've found some links from around the conference to pass along before today's Monday press conference with Mike Leach and three players.

The links are after the jump.

-- The Cougars didn't take Sunday off, practicing for about an hour last night.

-- The Huskies are no longer in the AP top-25 but at least a couple writers think they should be.

-- Bud Withers has a Pac-12 notebook from a wild weekend in the conference.

-- The Pac-12 blog has nine teams in its conference bowl projections, but no WSU.

-- Arizona State is climbing back up the national rankings.

-- USA Today's Dan Wolken says USC athletic director Pat Haden should resign after Saturday's sideline antics.

-- Oregon leapfrogged Alabama to take No. 2 in the AP poll.
