You can read our Washington State football recruiting primer here. In the paper we've got my Pac-12 Picks, and a story about Colorado's quarterback, who will be making the first start of his career on Saturday.

On the blog we've got the news that Luke Falk has been named a Walter Camp Player to Watch, the transcript of yesterday's fun WSU football chat and post-practice videos of Mike Leach and Ken Wilson.

Check out this profile of Taylor Taliulu in the Seattle Times. … The Cougars would appreciate the students sticking around this weekend. … UCLA linebacker Deon Hollins got in trouble for complaining about the officiating in the Bruins game against WSU. … Chantel Jennings looks at the statistics behind WSU's resurgence. … USA Today projects WSU will play in the Las Vegas Bowl.
