Outlook: Gonzaga, winners of three straight, faces an LMU team it clobbered 85-62 on Dec. 23. The Lions have already won two more games than last season’s eight-win total and they’re showing progress under second-year coach Mike Dunlap. Junior forward Adom Jacko, one of nine newcomers, averages 15.7 points, 22.3 over LMU’s last four games. Guard Brandon Brown checks in at 13 ppg despite shooting just 38 percent. Wing Steven Haney has made 50 3-pointers. The Lions are 6-3 at home, but just 1-3 in conference. They won at Santa Clara and San Francisco.Jim Meehan
