It’s not too late to order a pie for Thanksgiving.
Rocket Market has seven apple and 11 pumpkin pies left. They’re $30 each and can be picked up at the store Wednesday.
There are 50 in all – 30 apple and 20 pumpkin.
The pies are made by Shaun Thompson Duffy of Culture Breads. He uses freshly milled landrace and heritage grains as well as heirloom apples or pumpkins.
They’re “freaking delicious,” said Rocket Market co-owner Alan Shepherd, who’s sampled the apple.
Duffy's pies available through the market on a first-come, first-served basis – “just till they run out,” Shepherd said.
