Korean Night is Back
Chef Lesa leads the class in making three dishes starting with a spicy gochujang chicken, served with jasmine rice. The next dish will be Pajeon, a traditional chive pancake with mushroom, kimchee and spices, served with a special sauce. Last dish will be a Korean egg roll filled with spiced beef and veggie, topped with a sweet and spicy sauce.
