Science on Screen: “Children of Men”
In 2027, in a chaotic world in which women have somehow become infertile, a former activist agrees to help transport a miraculously pregnant woman to a sanctuary at sea. Dr. Jon Oatley, Associate Dean for Research for the College of Veterinary Medicine and a tenured Professor in the School of Molecular Biosciences will introduce the film and the topic of continued global population growth. Rated R. 1 hour and 49 minutes.
