Is Food Addiction Real?
Power of Science presentation by Kamori Cattadoris to describe scientific evidence that helps answer this question. She will speak on many parts of food addiction knowledge, such as lab rat studies, human behavioral psychology; biochemical pathways toward cravings; and human will-power versus instinct. The final segment will offer key take-aways that anyone can employ to work with their personal habits and biology toward healthier food choices.
